5* All the way. Tom was exceptional & very knowledgeable about birthing. Not only human birthing, I brought along my budgie & he dealt with the situation like nothing I’ve ever seen. Expected a baby budgie, ended up with a Norwegian crow. As for my own child… Well Tom & his nurses are still doing the post birth checks. Very thorough. It’s been 3 months so expecting my bundle of joy any day now. He also makes a cracking cup of earl grey & comes free with a double layered Jaffa cake. God save T...

I was body shamed by the owner for having a large drink in the waiting room but in my defence he wasn’t as racist as the people in the Hereford maternity ward so I will be coming back to have my next little monster. Hopefully this one doesn’t get assaulted by the midwife and her gimpy son 🙏🏼🙏🏼
