Failed to turn up to my son's first appointment said he forgot to book it. second appointment went well but again failed to turn up to my son's third appointment with no advance notification because he had a bad night. All this in the space of a week Very unreliable.

John is an excellent instructor. He is calm and kind and makes you feel at ease, but is also really diligent, clearly cares a lot and wants you to succeed. I just passed first time at the ripe old age of 33. Thanks John!
