I have been training with Tom since October 2021, and I can actually say it’s been a successful journey thus far with over 2st in weight loss, much stronger both physically and mentally training 3 times a week. I also can get bored very quickly, however I can honestly say no session feels the same. Tom took me on a unique journey filled with lots of obstacles, which every journey has that's worth embarking upon. Fantastic trainer, motivational approach, great facilities! Came as a complete beginner with an objective to build up sufficient confidence and strength to join a CrossFit class. Tom completely met the brief and within 12 weeks objective met! I would highly recommend Tom.

I would highly recommend Tom Watson Fitness. Tom's fitness studio provides great facilities for varied workouts and you'll get expert training advice in a one to one setting. You can clearly see that Tom practices what he preaches, but moreso than being an accomplished athlete himself Tom is a really knowledgable and professional trainer. Tom is a great coach. I’ve been training with him for many years throughout which I’ve had different things to aim towards. These have included training to feel confident in my wedding dress, weight loss after children and in recent years more specific CrossFit training including weight lifting and gymnastics.
