I was struggling to stay consistent with my training which was getting me frustrated. Tom gave me a personalised programme to follow based around my goals. Now, I don't have to think about anything, I just turn up and Tom takes me through my programme. Having someone else to be accountable to has made all the difference. I consistently turn up, which means I'm making consistent progress and I feel much better for it.

Training with Tom is a great experience, he has tailored my program to my own needs even though this has proved a challenge sometimes! I personally also like a chat and a laugh while I’m training and find Tom very personable and easy to get on with. He’s also pretty flexible when it comes to appointment times and will try his hardest to find a slot that works with my schedule. Can’t recommend him enough.

Tom is an excellent and experienced personal trainer. He understands the core elements of pushing you, while also structuring his sessions so that you always both feel like, and do maintain your progression

Been training with Tom for six months, and with only two sessions per week and not much change in any other aspects of my lifestyle, my body shape has changed, I feel fitter, stronger and have more energy. Tom's a great guy and really encouraging, and easy to get along with. I'd 100% recommend him to reach your fitness goals.

The best thing about working with Tom is the results. We have set and achieved many goals and handily Tom knows what these are and how to achieve them. I have worked with Tom for over two years now. Maybe over three actually! It has been fun as well as productive. I’ve gone from pretty broken to stronger, fitter and more flexible.
