Tom has been great in motivating, exercise routine setup and nutrition! he dedicated his time to create a weekly training plan personalized to me, with a monitored food intake. He has helped me achieve my goals, which gave me more confidence, he is also friendly and was always there to answer any of my questions straight away. highly recommend Tom!

I hired Tom as my personal trainer and sessions were great. He was always checking up on how you your progress was. Tom always ensured that you were comfortable with the workouts you were doing. I felt a real difference once starting the workouts Tom set. I'd recommend Tom to anyone looking to improve there fitness, no matter your level of fitness, you can expect Tom to adapt to this and help you achieve your goals.
