Tom is an absolute incredible PT, I was really nervous about having a male PT but tom made me feel at ease straight away. I was going away for a month so was looking to loose some weight, Tom did more than what I thought was even possible! To the point went I got home from my trip I continued to train with him. I am now training to be leaner ready for a photo shoot with him in April and I couldn't be more excited. Thank you Tom!

Tom is a Fantastic PT and I would highly recommend him as an online coach. He’s so knowledgeable and always goes above and beyond to help me. Tom helped me get in shape for my wedding. I can not thank him enough! He gave 1-2-1 training sessions, made programs for me to follow when I worked out solo, amazing and really easy recipes to make, he’s full of so much knowledge in every category of fitness, health and mentally got me in the right place. He was available 24-7 on the end of the phone if I needed encouragement, advice or any kind of random question I may have had. Can’t fault him!
