Tom has been such a helpful PT to me over the years. Not only does he create meal plans and workout plans specifically to suit me and my goals, he is also a down to earth guy who is easy to get along with. Making our workout sessions fly by! I would recommend to anyone looking to lose weight, and wanting to make a serious change to their health without the boring diets that have never stuck with me. There is so much more freedom in what I can eat!
