I have worked with many personal trainers in the past and Tom is unique. He possesses both expert knowledge on the body and movement combined with an inherent curiosity. You know the advice he is giving comes from personal experience and experimentation. He will get you to the goals you need, and far beyond, with compassion, humor and the occasional kick up the arse.

Tom is a rare professional, in a field filled with amateurs. His approach is diagnostic for imbalances and appropriate training designed to achieve and exceed one's goals. He has a precious commodity, joy, which permeates any session. As a medic I feel I'm in safe hands.
