I have been training with Tom for just over 8 months now and I have seen amazing results. Tom is really professional, knowledgeable, friendly and his passion for training is really evident. Tom has tailored an individual program for me in order to build my strength and core stability. I work shifts and Tom has always been really flexible and accommodating so that I can fit training in around my busy working week. Can't recommend enough!

Tom is an incredible coach. My program was tailored to my recovery and to increase overall strength. I was able to return back to sport only 10 months post ACL surgery & my lifting numbers are the highest they have ever been! Great feedback, easy to follow programmes and a serious amount of knowledge.

Starting training with Tom was one the best decisions I've made! I really wanted to improve my fitness and get rid of my back pain that I had been suffering with for many years. Tom has helped me to become stronger, and fitter which has resulted in much less back pain in 4 months! Additionally, I was daunted to walk into a gym myself and work out how everything worked, and what I'd even do when I got there. Since I started training with Tom I have trebled my strength and gone from xtra large t-shirts to medium. If you're looking to get in shape, there are plenty of great trainers to choose from and Tom is one of them. Signing up with Tom Hales for personal training is one of the best things I have ever done!. I love running & he has been helping me with my strength & core stability. Recently he has adapted my training while mending a broken foot. He is very professional. And his approach to training is interesting & intelligent. I would not hesitate recommend him.
