  • Tom is a great PT I've seen really good results and he has guided me through weight lose in a healthy and sustainable way as well as bulding up my fitness level. No fad diets, but being consistent and balanced in working out and eating well. After the initial 3 month weight loss programme, I have continued on with Tom after having such a great experience and will continue to have sessions to keep up my fitness levels.
