Tom is kind, knowledgeable, patient, encouraging, motivating, very supportive of women (able to talk about periods!) and I always have a laugh with him! He literally switches on my BEAST mode! Tom made sure that he researched my medical condition before I started, to ensure that he could realistically work with me and know when and how to push me, without leading to an injury. Tom is a brilliant PT & I highly recommend him! I first started my PT sessions with Tom back in October 2021. The initial goal was to help me lose the weight gained during lockdown so that I could fit into my wedding dress. This goal was achieved & I couldn’t have done it without him! Tom is a friendly personal trainer and he pushes you to meet your targets. Encourages you when you doing good and makes you aware of things you could do better. I first started seeing Tom as my personal trainer in December 2021. I have suffered from a spine problem since I was 12, with pain, disc degeneration and scoliosis, I have tried lots of different things in the past (pilates, physio, osteopaths etc) but I can honestly say Tom has changed my life. Tom is a fantastic trainer, so personable and professional, he’s motivation has helped me no end and I would recommend him to anyone thinking of using a personal trainer. His communication is great his plans are tailor made to the individuals needs and he will push you in such a positive way. Personally I have seen such a positive improvement both physically and mentally in the time I have spent with Tom and would not hesitate to suggest him to others.
