Today Bread — Local Sourdough Bakery & Artisan Cafe

The bakery is amazing and it's so good to have it in the neighborhood. They are great! Delicious bread, pastry and coffee. Sadly, i live in Bristol but whenever i get a chance to come to London i pop in there to get some bread or pastry or I ask my lovely cousin to bring it over to me 😁 (she travelled with 8 loaves in her suitcase last time 🤣) The staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

Hate to leave a bad review. But £7 for this is an absolute disgrace. Don't mind paying that for a toastie but barely a slice of cheese on it, basic basic slice of ham ham. Really poor toastie.

Really nice coffee shop, friendly staff, modern utilitarian / industrial interior, very reasonably priced coffee. But they charge an extra 30p for dairy alternative, which drives me mad!

I love this place! And the bread is awesome. My friend who visited me got us 6 pastries on Thursday, and they were all yesterday's. I know that because they didn't taste as fresh as they normally do. I don't mind old croissants, but I want shops to label them and sell them at a reduced price, given the bold price they charge. I feel awkward, but will start asking from now on whether the croissants are freshly made 😢

Usually great bread, today my husband came home with a loaf not fully baked. Most staff are nice but some are grumpy and either dislike working there or don’t like customers altogether. Edit: any shape bread is fine, as long as baked through. It's the frequently unhappy staff that really puts me off.
