My first and last order. Ordered dress two days ago and just got email to say out of stock. So disappointed. Does this happen a lot?

The products are probably nice but the organization is very bad ! I made a big order which never arrived because it got stuck at the border of Germany . No one at Toast help me or contact me :( at the end the order was send back from the post office . TOAST Detained the shipping costs) TOAST promised to send the Oder back to me that didn’t happened instead they refund the money :((( Just to much trouble 👿!!! And costs ( shipping & Telefon calls ) for nothing
