I arrived at Terry’s door nearly a year ago, feeling frustrated and low because of near constant back pains. Terry took me gently from where I was, never over pushing in anyway. Through consistency I’m now in a very different place, getting stronger and happier each month. He’s knowledgeable, supportive and great to have as a trainer. I’m lucky enough to have got a spot on his women only fitlean sessions, which are now a staple in my week, I love them!

Terry is great to work with, he has a huge amount of knowledge and is extremely patient, especially when it comes to me having to be reminded which is my left and which is my right 😉 Terry is always very positive, and very encouraging, he also ensures you are doing it right! Terry has really helped me improve my overall strength which has definitely helped me improve my cycling immensely. Thanks Terry 🤩

I have been working with Terry since 2020 and I cannot overstate the positive impact he has had on my fitness. He immediately identified my weaknesses and turned them into strengths. I have achieved more physically than I thought was possible due to his knowledge and hard work. It’s a pleasure going to sessions with him and they are always enjoyable, no matter how tough they are!

I have been training with Terry since autumn 2022. I've in more recent years had a strange relationship with exercise, with periods of exercising regularly, and periods of not exercising at all. Since training with Terry I have not wanted to stop and haven't dropped out. I always look forward to our sessions - they are both enjoyable and challenging. Terry pushes me in a way that I wouldn't push myself - but has this ability to make the sessions really enjoyable and not overwhelming for me. A...
