Troy has been a great help to an old codger like myself. I had noticed as i hit the big 50 that i was starting to creak and make weird noises when getting up from a seated position because the general weakening of muscles and loss of flexibility we all suffer from as we get older. Troy is a rare being - a coach who actually listens to you. He really takes the time to actually find out what you want from training and tailors sessions to your needs. I really appreciate the evidence base he draws upon when giving advice. Working with Troy I get injured so much less.

Had a bike fit with Troy - he identified and corrected a posture imbalance and the result has been much more comfortable cycling. His weekly emails are great - sound advice without any hype.
