  • 10/10 training !! Titch is a wonderful, passionate and determined personal trainer. She is always motivating and pushing you to do your best during your sessions. One thing I can guarantee by training with Titch Fitness is reaching your fitness goals. I 1000% recommend Titch Fitness if you’re looking to tone your body up, weights, nutrition, self defence including boxing and Muay Thai and overall fitness.

  • I started self defence classes with T roughly a year ago and it's been the greatest experience. She's both friendly and patient as she goes the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable. It's a lovely environment that enables you to enhance your skills whilst having a laugh with a group of lovely people!

  • Best trainer out there who understands yours needs and goals. Always ready for adjustments too. I highly recommend. She is very professional, friendly and listens to her clients. It was great to work out and have a laugh at the same time. Turkan is a great trainer who I’d happily recommend. She also goes the extra mile to provide nutritional advice and personal workout tips :)
