I highly recommend Alan as a Personal Trainer, he is friendly, professional and always keeps the training fun by introducing new exercises and different training equipment. On a regular basis he takes me through my progress and makes the next set of plans and goals with me to keep me motivated and on track. I've been having twice weekly sessions with Alan for about 3 months now and I have nothing but praise for him. He is always happy, positive and professional. He changes my workout every few sessions to ensure I improve not only strength, but so as to not get bored plus work my muscles in different ways. I don't envy him having to try to push me as I am an instructor myself but he has always managed to (1) work me hard (2) motivate me even when i am so exhausted i don't want to be workin...
