Ben's classes are a place to learn all there is to know about pottery ... And world history in general. We had a lovely time discovering pottery in a relaxed environment and a beautiful setting. We'll be back.

I recently booked onto a 5 week course at Tin Can Pottery with Ben and I can honestly say it was one of the best things I've ever done! I was looking to take on a starter course to pottery and this was perfect, Ben's teaching skills and knowledge are truly wonderful - I can honestly say this course was worth every penny! I'm so chuffed with my Raku fired pieces and I hope to book back onto another course one day! Hayley x

Great to spend time with my daughter doing a taster session. Ben and Lisa are a delightful couple, so welcoming and hospitable and enthusiastic to share their beautiful environment. The studio packed with Ben's work is testament to his creative expert craftmanship, and he is generous in sharing his knowledge. There was a relaxed atmosphere in which to experience throwing pots, as much fun making the disasters as making something that looks like a pot! Another little wave of excitement today...

I've just completed and thoroughly enjoyed the 6 week 'Go with the throw' course. Ben was a superb teacher and the studio and surroundings are relaxing and beautiful. The raku firing in the last lesson was amazing and I can't believe I have produced such wonderful pots! I will be back.
