  • Tim is an amazing personal training and most of all, he understands mindset which is usually the biggest hurdle for most of us out of shape people to overcome. Tim put together a great workout program and a nutrition map for me to follow. I'm definitely not perfect when it comes to my diet so I needed some form of accountability. Tim has a really positive attitude and a great system to keep me accountable which is exactly what I needed. I can't recommend Tim enough.

  • Tim is fantastic! Not only does he know his craft. He’s extremely friendly and passionate about his work. Always checking in and updating where needed. For years I’ve put off getting a Personal Trainer as most of them seem only concerned about getting clients and earning money.
