  • If you’re looking for a fun and challenging outdoor/online class, Tikki Training is perfect! Whatever your fitness goals, Tikki will make you feel very welcome and will always make sure you work at the right level. He has been amazing adapting each exercise for me when I was pregnant and helped me get back in shape very quickly after giving birth. I am now stronger and fitter than I have ever been! Thanks Tikki 😉

  • Tikki Training has been a large part of my life over the past 2 years, providing a variety of exercise sessions from bootcamps, boxing, challenges and 1:1 PT. I am currently in the best shape I have been for 30 years and have made some great friends in the process. From starting relatively inexperienced, Tikki has made me feel comfortable and motivated throughout and as a result I highly recommend to others!
