I am fairly new to Thrive but it's the best thing I have done. After struggling with self esteem/confidende through lockdown, I feel so much healthier, not just in body but in mind too. Tom and his team make you feel so welcome and help you on your journey to a better mind and body. I highly recommend Thrive.

It's refreshing to find a coach who cares, genuinely wants to help you to accomplish your goals, and checks in to make sure you're getting on okay. Thrive is great value for money as I have paid more for less quality in the past. The coaches are friendly and supportive. They are open after Xmas up to the New Year which is awesome as few bootcamp style places show that dedication towards their members. Looking forward to achieving my goals over the coming months. So glad Hubby and I joined up!

To anyone considering joining THRIVE - I can say they will have a personalised, considered PT programme designed to meet their specific needs. I've never been a fan of gyms but I love Thrive. Everyone is really friendly and it's a nice relaxed atmosphere. All the instructors are great and they push and encourage me even though I am rubbish, but they motivate me to try my hardest and improve every session. I'm still not fit but so much fitter than when I joined and that is great, so thank you to all at Thrive 💙💪

I have been a member of the Bootcamp for 3 years now after I needed help losing weight after my little boy was born. I have lost all the weight that I wanted to and I have maintained it all this time. I come to 4 sessions a week and I absolutely love it! The trainers are brilliant and always there for you if you need any help. The people that are members here are all so friendly too.
