  • Ian is excellent - providing very knowledgeable advice tailored to my specific needs, all in the perfect setting of his private gym. With a specific desire to improve my core strength, Ian has helped me make significant improvements with a great variety of different exercises. He recognises your limits, so won't overwork you, but will definitely push you to achieve more than you may think possible.

  • Ian was very professional and thorough in his approach. I had a knee issue for about a month and was not sure what the problem was. What I did know, was that I wanted to be sure it was well enough for me to ski on four weeks later. With the exercise I was given to practice at home, with a clear understanding of how to do it correctly and why I needed that number of repetitions, my knee held up to the job.
