Women's only class on a Friday is brilliant!!! And within weeks we've tripled in class size! So far as I know, no where else nearby offers a women's only BJJ class. There's a great group of women and a great coach too! Come along, learn some cool stuff, meet some awesome people and make some top tier friends 💛

Ive been a fan of martial arts for years, finally decided to give it a go myself. I was a little nervous going into it, but Rich (Muay thai coach) and other athlete's have been very welcoming. Making sure to teach me the fundamentals. I look forward to developing in the future.🥊

Amazing gym, such a friendly place to train with coaches who really know their stuff and make you feel welcome. The more senior members will also do what they can to show you the ropes and help you feel at home. A proper family feel gym whether you train for a hobby or more competitively. The women's only BJJ class especially is brilliant and the size of the women's BJJ team just goes to show what a safe space it is to be.

Three Points Martial Arts is a joke of a place to train. Don’t bother wasting your time or money going down there. Unless you’re in their click or you’re a new starter that they can beat they won’t let you in. Haven’t said one thing about the club on here and after training at Trojan for 6 years they now won’t let me or others in.

I spent a week in Worcester and trained BJJ here. Even though their head coach, Paul Severn, wasn't there, the other coaches had great knowledge and their team made me feel incredibly welcome. Loads of mat space as well. Can't wait to pop back up and train with these guys!
