Think Employment has been delivering adult skills provision since 2002. The company was founded by Richard Hallam, our Managing Director, who has since this date pioneered the evolution of the organisation to what it is today. Over the years the company has been re-branded, so has previously being known by other names – such as Business Advice Direct and In2Wrk Our delivery model is extremely flexible, with a range of support and assessment packages available to meet the most appropriate needs of an individual. Designed using a person-centred approach our programmes are based on the outcomes of a unique online diagnostic test. Learning materials are offered using an online platform, which means individuals can access their learning and resources 24/7. Support is provided remotely by our team of qualified and experienced tutors; with individuals also able to access support when they feel appropriate.
