Had an appt with Kim and she was excellent. Kim gave me a proper check over and discovered reasons for not only my back pain but neck pain too. So glad I came. Kim was very professional, thorough and informative. The session was worth its weight in gold! Highly recommend.

I'd hate to be the physiotherapists stress ball. Very thorough, very painful sports massage that de-stiffened a back that had got used to sitting at a desk with little exercise.

Had my first sports massage with these today and was perfect from the booking on the phone to the greeting and massage . Booked in again . Definitely would recommend
