Amazing!! I went to Thea because I wanted to loose weight and gain muscle mass. Thea tailored a training plan for me, even with my endless amount of injuries🤣 she has given me lots of nutritional advice to take away with which has deffinetly had a benefit on me! My form isn’t exactly perfect when it comes to gym activities but Thea showed me how to correctly do each movement. I've been having sessions with Thea since last October. She has been extremely accommodating and patient with my progress. She's great at sensing when things need changing/adapting with the sessions and goes at a pace which I have been comfortable with. She is also amazing company to have during the session. She makes you feel at ease and able to talk openly with her. I also have made great progress physically since when I first started. Overall a brilliant trainer!

Thea is a wonderful trainer! We had a great session together, super comfortable to get along with each other and she has a great balance of when to apply the pressure!
