  • I have been doing yoga with Kate at the Yoga Batch for a few years now . I can honestly say that my week wouldn’t be the same without it . The physical and emotional experience of the yoga sessions with Kate are so good that they enhance my day. Each person achieves their potential in the classes and I feel that we all learn something new about ourselves. Kate is insightful and empowering.

  • The Yoga Fit classes, are a good all round workout. Get your heart rate up, build on strength and work on stretches. With every move Kate all ways give clear instructions with a demo & alternatives so it doesn't matter what level you can work to there is something for everyone. My favourite part of the class is the relaxation at the end just what is needed after working hard. Gentle background music and Kate's soothing voice.

  • My partner and I had a series of private lessons with Kate to introduce us to yoga. Kate couldn’t be more helpful and is an excellent teacher. She even gave us exercises to take away if we wanted. We would definitely recommend her to others.
