The Y Club

I have been a member since 2013 and csn say that it is the best gym in Manchester without doubt. The excellent staff and friendly members make it so special and I am so lucky to be able to regularly use it. The facilities are very good. This isn't just a gym but my extended family.

The y club is definitely a gym you should visit, proper hidden gem! I’ve been there a few times on a guest pass and the faculties are class. The staff and members are all really friendly so it’s a much nicer vibe than the chain gyms. The facilities are big, clean, and have plenty of equipment. I’ve been telling my basketball friends to come down as the court is the best in the city centre. Finally a sports hall that isn’t dusty and slippery!

I came for the badminton session but I stayed for the facilities and great atmosphere! I started in January for a new years resolution and when I saw the facilities, the pool, the treadmills and all the different classes I kept coming back. It is just round the corner from my work and I keep raving about it to everyone. Plus I love it is not a big chain and everyone on the info desk is so nice when I ask for badminton equipment. Please visit you won't be disappointed.

Very nice sports club with plenty of gym equipment. Swimming pool was very clean and lovely and warm...makes a change from some that I have visited! Unfortunately the sauna was not working, but the steam room was perfect for the end of the week 😊. Staff were very pleasant and helpful 👏. Thank you for a nice time 👍

The worst customer service I have experienced. The staff is rude and often do not care about members or visitors. Often staff is miss informed and do not treat members with respect and professionalism. I suppose the staff is underpaid and really unhappy working in such an environment. On the other hand, the manager Will and the class/fitness manager Reece have provided me professionalism and good customers care. I love giving positive review to business, but for this one my rating is 1 star. ...
