DO NOT BOOK! YOU WILL BE SETTING YOURSELF UP FOR A NIGHTMARE!! Hired the venue and all my guests received parking fines weeks later. Staff had no idea about the parking restriction, which they have claimed to have now ‘amended’. This whole issue stressed me out. Nice community little community hub/wildlife area. Coffee shop downstairs is great, lovely staff and much better now they do more food. Have used the space upstairs to remote work and have to try not to get cake temptation 😄 Office space upstairs is okay but only one desk has a monitor. £2.50 a day is decent value. Don’t bother the place has no parking, no phone number, waste of time. Ruined a birthday party , Half the guests had to leave as there is no parking.Cramp poorly designed toilets .

Really great venue to hire. Love the coffee shop, co-working space and the baby groups (mums group, sensory stories and messy play).

Went here for a private birthday party. Very nice venue, accessible with a lift to the first floor. Paying for parking was quite confusing although there are also bus stops right outside. The venue was very clean, toilets were nice and clean. The only downside was that the party had to finish by 22:00.
