Abi was a fantastic support to me as I went through this journey of discovering what I wanted and could do with my career. She made me open up and talk about all all the barriers I never knew I had and how to overcome them, but also and more importantly she made me feel proud of myself and my work, encouraging and celebrating my progress each week. I feel that this process has given me a really good starting point to be confident and push myself forward even more

I have been doing a weekly yoga class with Abi in Todmorden for the last few months. I arrived as a total (and slightly nervous!) beginner and found Abi's approach really welcoming and friendly. I've found myself making a lot of progress and always feel invigorated afterwards. As someone who hadn't done anything like this before I really recommend it.

I joined Abi’s yoga class a few months ago and I am really feeling the benefit. I have done yoga classes on and off in the past, but this is the best one I’ve been to. Abi is a great motivational teacher. She gives clear direction and is always careful to make sure you are doing each pose correctly, offering variations to suit everybody in the group. The classes are always changing so you don’t get bored. They are both challenging and relaxing and I couldn’t recommend enough.

I have been attending Yoga classes at the Well-being centre in Todmorden for 9 weeks and I absolutely love them! I will start with the setting, beautiful, calm with gorgeous plants and lighting. Abi is so relaxing and encouraging in her practice, she guides you carefully through each and every movement until you find yourself entwined in positions you have never even imagined 😄 I feel energised and yet relaxed after every session and I really look forward to what different stretches, balance...
