We can’t thank Lu enough for the incredible advice and training she gave my partner and I for our new rescue pup. We completed her puppy package which was the perfect amount of training and homework to learn some really key tips based on Patchos’ specific needs. As first time dog owners her work has been invaluable. Lu truly lives and breathes what she does and the result for us is a confident, happy dog and we couldn’t be more pleased!

I had a few sessions with Lucinda with my newly adopted greyhound, focusing on an intro to general dog behaviour, training and loose lead walking. Lucinda has been amazingly helpful in more ways than I had hoped. She is incredibly knowledgeable and could instantly identify any problems I was having with my puppy and quickly helped me find solutions using only positive reinforcement methods. Lucinda is amazingly knowledgeable calm and patient. She met our dog and had her warming up in no time. She was also very supportive in letting us know where we were doing a good job with our rescue pup and gave us lots of new strategies to help our dog overcome some of her anxieties. Our dog is now substantially more confident and it feels like we have a happy puppy now.
