The Unity Center is an oasis of calm in a mad world! Lovely friendly staff and Beautiful environment with Amazing Classes & Ethos. Sauna is such a relaxing treat.! Highly recommend.

the centre and staff are lovely, but the sauna is on a timer only 25 mins from the moment they leave the room so by the time you get changed and get in sauna the session left is short and feels rushed unfortunately. mint tea offered after.

Booked a Spa Detox session with sauna and hot stone massage for my birthday and it was AMAZING. From the lovely reception person, to how cosy and warm the rooms were both in calming ambience and perfect warm temperature. I just felt so welcomed, safe and pampered. The sauna felt so intimate and relaxing and Bryony's hot stone massage was just perfect for my achey back and neck. To top it all off I got some delicious tea and homemade snacks afterwards and I just felt so blissful. Highly recomm...

Five friends, badly in need of a treat, had just that on Friday. Katie took such good care of us and created a package to suit all. So we enjoyed a float, a sauna and a tailor made massage. Because of lockdown etc. we hadn't had such a good time together for ages. Just magic thank you!xxx

The Unity centre is such a lovely place, with the most relaxing atmosphere. Staff are so kind, friendly and welcoming, and do go the extra mile to make your experience worthwhile (thank you Sam who stayed late for me one evening!). The float experience is unique and relaxing. The room where it takes place is very nice and clean, with all sorts of equipment that you might wish to use. I haven’t tried other treatment yet, but I definitely will be back!
