I joined fourever Fitness in lockdown through the online program. It's absolutely fantastic, easy to follow and Melanie is always a message away. We use an app to log our food and water intake and our exercises. Melanie sets a programme for each person individually. I am disabled with rheumatoid arthritis, my excersise started really light as I have very limited mobility. Mel always makes time for you as a client. She is friendly and professional providing an excellent service. She really looks in to every aspect of what you want, and what the best way of achieving this is through a combination of exercise, nutrition and persuasive encouragement.
