The taster session was professional, but not intimidating, and the hour seemed to pass very quickly. I felt at ease speaking up and picked up some useful tips that I hope to put into practice. Even though I myself (thankfully) don't have any cause to address mass gatherings of strangers, the advice given would also work with smaller groups.

We worked with the ladies from The Toucan Agency to provide refresher training for our cruise ship speakers. Those who attended found it informative not only as a refresher but as a source for new and quirky ideas to connect with audiences. Communication throughout the whole process has been excellent and we look forward to setting up the next sessions.
