Great sessions. Mike is a brilliant trainer and I would recommend his classes to anyone. He will adjust the exercises based on your needs. I enjoy the classes and am confident I’m training with someone who understands a safe way to train. He is interested in all aspects of health so a very well rounded person to help you reach your fitness goals.

Fantastic sessions every week. Well thought out and caters brilliantly for specific needs. Really good variety of exercises and engages well with all ages. My kids think Mike’s awesome, as do we, and we all look forward to the workouts every week!! Top work Mike!

Mike has a vast knowledge of everything to do with health and fitness from all aspects. He has tailored a fitness plan to suit my needs, goals and calendar. Highly recommend for anyone looking to achieve any fitness goals they may have.

Mike’s been helping me for the past 6 months or so. My work means that I’m constantly on the move and struggle to find a set routine for both fitness and mindfulness. Very early on, Mike provided me with a programme which was easily adapted to my constantly changing environment. The fitness programme is varied, and is tailored towards my goals whilst also being progressive. I can’t recommend Mike and the Tonic Effect highly enough.

Having worked with a number of coaches over the years I find Mikes approach to be the best I've experienced. He listens and is a fantastic motivator, the sessions are fun and always varied! Would highly recommend
