Wish I could leave a lower review. While they have a lot of products the shop is cramped and leaves little room for movement. However the service provided is shockingly bad. Walked in and said hello which was returned with a dirty look and no verbal response. After repeatedly making an attempt to talk to the woman in the shop me and my mother finally gave up due to how rude she was as well as the one customer in there who was clearly a friend/regular customer. called in this morning (6th october, 21) to get some wool. Fabulous shop packed with all sorts of craft supplies, very reasonably priced and a lovely helpful lady running it. my only regret is that i live in newcastle under lyme so was only visiting lichfield for the day, otherwise i'd be in there all the time. Well worth making time for a visit.

I'll bet there's all sorts of wonderful artwork out there, thanks to this lovely couple and their super-duper shop that always had what I needed every time I go. Thank you very much!!
