Best kept secret in Windsor! Introductory swim 🏊‍♂️ with Swim Tech: Signed up for my first swim with Agnes & carried out analysis on my front crawl. I learnt a lot in 1 hour session. Agnes is a brilliant swim teacher and we can highly recommend her services. She has a vast technical knowledge and makes the lessons fun and engaging. The 121 lessons are well worth it and she uses good technology which enables you to see yourself in action. I wish I'd known about her years ago!
