I cannot recommend Steve Goodacre enough. I've been training with Steve for many years and we have focused on a variety of issues - all of which have been successful. This ranged from improving mobility, fat loss, strength development, Thai boxing amongst others. With Steve's experience, he is able to analyze one's movement patterns and focus on the weak parts that improves the overall movement chain. Tough trainer but produces excellent results.

Really helped me recover from my shoulder operation and build muscle whilst making sure I wasn't lifting incorrectly putting myself at risk of another shoulder or other muscular injury.

Steve is a fantastic trainer. I have various aches and pains (some real some imaginary!) and he is a great mixture of trainer and physiotherapist. My major problem is one of weight loss coupled with poor balance. Steve takes these both seriously and treats them with good humour, whilst ensuring that I work hard and do not "slack".
