The Studio Se6

The Studio is such a beautiful, light-filled place to do pilates and yoga. Sophie and her lovely team are exceptional instructors, who bring out the best in all levels of ability, creating a warm, welcoming and uplifting atmosphere in class, which leaves you without fail both energised and relaxed. It is such a highlight of my week!

I have been attending yoga classes at Studio SE6 regularly for the past 5 years. I love it there. Sophie always welcomes us with a smile and a friendly chat. So do the yoga teachers. They take into account any injuries that people may have and offer modified versions of each posture. I find my classes very refreshing and therapeutic, allowing me to empty my head of the day and relax. Sophie is very accommodating and professional. I have been going to The Studio SE6 for 7 years now, attending yoga and pilates classes. Owner and instructor Sophie is such a warm and welcoming person. She is an excellent instructor and always makes the class interesting and variable whilst being very aware of the ability of those attending. The Studio classes are small enough to feel personal but not too small to feel intimidating. I would absolutely recommend The Studio for great exercise, good value and a wide range of classes.

The Studio SE6 is a wonderful, peaceful, and friendly boutique studio in Catford. I have been a member for six years doing a weekly yoga class, I also have personal training sessions with Sophie. The teachers are kind, lovely, and knowledgeable. They are highly experienced with supporting people with injuries or other issues and help with adjustments so you can benefit from the classes. The classes are also very affordable and it's great to support a local independent business.
