I have been training with Jamie since May 2021 and have benefited greatly from his 1:1 PT sessions which were tailored to my needs as well as joining his TRX Fit & Strong group classes. He also helped me with dietary advice and guidance on exercises to do at home. I have been going to Jamies TRX classes for several months now. They are great! Jamie is very professional and encouraging without being forceful and he creates great playlists for the class which makes it really fun and enjoyable. The classes have helped me build strength and improve my posture and in general it is a good mood booster I always feel so much better after a class. Jamie‘s classes are fantastic. I’ve also done some personal training with him and can confidently say I’ve made more progress with his guidance and skills than I had using any other combination of gym class/programme. The TRX classes are super fun and great for people of all abilities. Jamie really makes sure that you’re comfortable, performing to the best of your abilities & offers great advice on nutrition, along with recommending stretches and cures for any muscle aches. I highly recommend Jamie’s TRX class for anyone wanting a full body workout without the weights and lots of cardio! It’s purely using your own strength and going at your own level but you see drastic improvements in your own abilities each week! If you haven’t tried TRX before Jamie at The Studio BTN is the best place to start. Great classes and boy do you ache the next day. If you’ve done it before then Jamie will certainly put you through your paces. Value for money classes and super friendly people to meet there too.
