I started training with Ben 4 years ago after hearing good things from a friend. I considered myself fit but not strong but within a few months or so of weekly sessions, I noticed how much better I could control my posture on the bike. 4 years down the line and I feel far stronger on the bike and able to keep pushing on long rough descents, which was a struggle in the past. Ben is a great coach - always explains everything brilliantly and manages to make our sessions fun whilst maintaining his professionalism. Increasing my strength has made a huge improvement to my bike handling. I've been seeing Ben for two years now and have no intention of stopping.
