Michelle is not only the sweetest- she’s the first dietician to dispel all the myths around diet culture I had believed for so long. Nothing about her plan is restrictive; if anything, it helps improve your relationship with food. Personally, love the food app we use to connect about what I am eating each day and how I am feeling (nothing on calorie counting which I love)!

Michelle has a no-nonsense, pragmatic approach towards creating a diet plan. She starts by sending over a thorough questionnaire and speaking through your diet preferences, before diving in to the plan itself. I've gone from having gut issues and feeling exhausted during workouts, to being full of energy again and training almost every day. I look forward to continuing to work with Michelle to support my goals!
