People often find exploring their intuitive creativity relaxing and therapeutic, however it is not therapy, but rather a facilitated creative process. If you are experiencing mental distress or have been diagnosed with a mental health condition then this would not be a good choice of course for you, as it requires you to be self-supporting. If you are in therapy already and well-advanced in your treatment, then this could be a beneficial complementary process to support your well-being.
