I attended the social media on line cafe yesterday and found it very informative. Although my knowledge and skills in this area of business is very limited I was able to understand and take away points which I intend to apply to my business. I like the relaxed approach Jayson uses and he seems well informed about the topic. I do intend to attend future sessions if available.

I have attended a number of Jayson’s Social Media Cafés and always found them a really useful way to learn how to use social media more proactively and to find out what sort of issues other people have. Everyone is very open and sharing so it’s a great way to meet people as well as share problems. I also booked on a Digital Skills Masterclass to learn more about Hootsuite and it was great. The class was just the right size and Jayson shared his knowledge freely and with a good dose of humour....

After suffering at the hands of some very unprofessional and sub-standard web developers, Jayson was an absolute breath of fresh air. He was very approachable, super friendly and whilst he listened very carefully to the project brief he also advised on any potential issues. He worked around the clock to launch my website and despite my working in the public sector for over 25 years - I haven't ever met anyone who offers a more personable yet professional service than Jayson. After attending various Social Media surgeries held by Jayson at the North East BIC, I have gained a much better understanding of my business requirements and also picked up a host a tips and tricks, which are invaluable in the current day. Jayson not only informs the group but allows interactive discussion, so real life scenarios can be explored and discussed and the group itself presents a fantastic networking opportunity. Always friendly and inviting, I reccommend booking your place early!

I initially contacted Jayson for help with Social Media to promote Dorothys Well Project Tanzania. He gave sound advice which helped immensely. When the charity had a new website built by a firm in Newcastle we were left with a nice site but without the back up and knowledge to keep it updated. Jayson has given us one to one support and training with this and while we are not always up to the tasks he is always on hand to help either face to face or over the telephone.
