The Slipped Stitch

A lovely shop, with a good choice of locally hand spun and dyed yarns. The owner was charming, helpful and enthusiastic. Long may she continue to trade. This was well worth the trip through three counties to get there.

Fantastic little shop! Maybe not such a massive range of wool as other places, but it's all lovely. Top notch crafting advice, and really good classes on offer.

On visiting this shop you are given a warm greeting by Millie who owns the shop. Millie or her staff always have a warm welcome for you. Advice is readily offered if required or you feel free to browse the wonderful selection of wools, accessories and wonderful gifts. Thank goodness we have The Slipped Stitch in Sherborne.

Fantastic independent shop that stocks an excellent range of products. The owner and staff members are knowledgeable and helpful and the shop has a lovely welcoming feel. A great example of customer service that is lacking from so many larger retailers. Highly recommended.
