I joined The Shredquarters 10 months ago, having heard the advert on the radio and haven't looked back. I hadn't trained for several years, so wasn't in a good shape and thought it might not be suitable, however Adam, Hannah, Gemma and Carlton have all been incredible. Every session is different which keeps you coming back. If you can't do an exercise, no problem, the instructors have several steps for each one and you'll be doing that exercise you thought was impossible in no time. I've been...

I’ve been training here for over a year now and have to say that the trainers are really great and know how to motivate you! plus the workouts are never the same but still pretty tough and great fun as well! I highly recommend attending one of the Shred Classes!

I've never enjoyed gym's before but The Shredquarters is completely different to anything I (and I'm betting you) have tried. There's a really friendly and welcoming atmosphere, that comes from Adam & Hannah, through to all the other trainers, who take the time to get to know you, really know their stuff and will ensure that you're doing things correctly.
