The Ship Inn Melrose

Visited today with my mum and daughter for lunch. Staff were super friendly, and made us feel really welcome. Our server was great with my daughter too. My daughter's food arrived first which I really appreciated as it gave me time to cut it up and cool it down before my food arrived. Couldn't fault it at all.

Popped into the Ship for a late lunch, cosy warm pub friendly and helpful staff. Good bar food food arrived quickly and was well presented hot and delicious......we will be back...✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

Lovely place with varied menu. Nice staff and dog friendly, pleasant atmosphere. The food was was very good value for money with generous and tasty portions. Looking forward to going there again!

Just WOW. This has to be one of the most welcoming pubs I think I've visited. All the staff are incredible, so friendly, if you have a dog your pup will be treated like royalty. Amazing 🤩

We called for Sunday lunch yesterday and received a warm welcome. Ordered two roast beef dinners which were very tasty indeed, although I could have polished off a little more (I do have a large appetite) we were informed upon ordering that the potato man hadn't delivered so there was no mash. Good pint of Amstel served by wonderful friendly people. The proprietor went out of his way to look after us and our dog.
