I went to the salon yesterday for my appointment with Jessica, I wasn’t having the best morning as I struggle with anxiety, this week it has been a struggle but Jessica settled me right down and gave me the most lovely experience! She talked to me step by step and made me feel so at home. My hair turned out better than I could have imagined and I left the salon feeling relaxed. If I could give 100 stars on here I would! Looking forward to going back again. Thank you Jessica ❤️

Jess is the best hairdresser I've ever had. The Salon is always a good experience ; it is so welcoming and my whole family have loved it ever since we have found them! Jess is such a bubbly and welcoming presence and is always so great with achieving the perfect colour or style whenever I've gone to her! If you want to know your in good hands, this girls the one to go to!

Jodie is just remarkable at what she does. She’s makes sure to be thorough during the consultation and always brings my vision to life. She’s an absolute delight and I look forward to every appointment. I always walk out with a smile and amazing looking hair. Would recommend her to anyone!!

If I could give a higher rating than 5 stars then I would because my experience with Jodie surpassed absolutely all expectations. From the moment I contacted Jodie she understood what I wanted and clearly talked me through what she planned on doing. I was unhappy with my colour and we discussed what was achievable without compromising my hair, I also had a treatment done but it wasn’t a hard up sell like you get at some places, finishing off what an absolutely banging cut. It’s always such a great experience going to The Salon. I had an awful balayage at a different hairdressers in Letchworth, and the wonderful Jade at The Salon worked a miracle and fixed it. I’ve been going to her ever since and would recommend her to anyone wanting a natural looking balayage. The first photo is my hair now, and the second is what it was like before Jade fixed it. She’s friendly, professional and listens to exactly what you want!
