Above and beyond! Had a power boat booked with these guys and through no fault of their own (weather) was unable to go out. Richard tried to rearrange (more than once) whilst constantly updating me and offering different options! Ultimately the weather won!! Without hesitation I was refunded in full. Later we hired kayaks and paddled in the harbour with our young son. All the staff were attentive and helpful, we felt valued and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. We do look forward to further ...
