  • We went for lunch which was well cooked and well presented. Clean plates all round! Maybe a little bit expensive but it was a quaint old pub with a nice atmosphere and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Also very dog friendly. Would definitely visit again.

  • What an amazing place. The room we stayed in was immaculate and absolutely beautiful, had the best nights sleep The bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was incredible with a roll top bath and huge shower also. The landlords couldn't be more hospitable they were so welcoming and made our stay perfect. The food was lovely and fresh. There was a live singer and she was fabulous. Will definitely be going back.

Good selection of beers in the bar, a proper portion of local ham with my chips for dinner the first night and great pizza the next. Loved the Breakfast. Again, generous and tasty (and needed after sampling the local ales the night before). The staff and the locals made this place, we were ma...
